Our Edges Are Mist

Where does one being end and another begin? From biological, ecological, philosophical and cultural positions, the notion of the integral self is increasingly called into question. Our Edges rugs illustrate the continuous exchange of energy and matter between all beings. The elemental shapes and colours in these carpets offer a sense of movement and freedom, a playful dance between border and overlap, flow and rhythm. They evoke the mutuality of body and breath, air and water, that constitutes all life on Earth.

Different Thoughts is an inquiry into boundaries of time and matter, and what connects one being to another. Conceived in an alchemy of functionality and narrative, delivered with generosity and wonder, Different Thoughts invites us to be curious, break rules, and think differently about our relationships with the planet, with time, with our bodies, and with each other.
